Olexsandr pinpointed the issue within thirty minutes and had parts ordered and repaired the following day. Excellent service all around. Oleksandr was straightforward quick and efficient in getting the job done. No hassle, haggle or price gouging on his part. I will definitely reach back out to them for any appliance issues in the future.
Vasyl was fantastic, he diagnosed the problem with our dryer & explained it clearly for me. He was able to repair it in about 90 minutes & we are highly satisfied with the work & the price. Turns out that supporting them is also a great way to support Ukraine, as they employ Ukrainian techs.

I was having problems with my dryer on Thursday and was able to have someone come fix it on Saturday. Oleg was great, he explained everything that was wrong to me so I could understand the issue. And once I gave him the green light to fix the problem, he was done in less than an hour. I’d definitely reach out again if I have any further issues with home appliances.
