Our dryer broke over the weekend. Oleg, our handy technician, visited on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. We needed a part, but he came back to fix it in a couple of days. He was friendly, patient, and completed the task efficiently.

Technician was available same day (weekend) we called for fridge freezing issue- promptly arrived, evaluated the situation and within 3 days the part was replaced. We are waiting the 24hrs period to assess the performance. Very professional.

Oleg was prompt and professional! Already earning 5 points out the gate. He identified the problem with my appliances and provided a game plan. Fixed one of the issues onsite while scheduling the completion of the others ASAP when parts are delivered. No mess when he left as if he wasn’t even there!
