Great service- fast, professional, and arrived on time. Fixed the problem with lint filter not going back into slot correctly bc of lint buildup. Gave our dryer a full cleaning for a fair price. Would highly recommend this company for servicing appliance.

The tech was very prompt and very polite, and was 'on it' in texting me when he was in his way. Unfortunately, his first visit, he needed a day or two to order the correct part, but as soon as he had it, he texted me the time window when he would arrive, and he was true to his word, arriving promptly and on time. Previously I had watched a video to do the repair myself, and as usual, the manufacturer had to make it a long and laborious process, so hence the reason I called Excellence. I was *floored* when the tech has the repair done in *Less Than An Hour*! 😳🤯

Oleksander diagnosed the Samsung washer problem in minutes! Ordered the part and repaired it today and the first wash worked great, so I believe I can suggest them highly! Turns out he is a musician too and is from Ukraine, so I feel support/ heart for all they have been put through and still going thru it in the war w the russian aggressors.

The experience I had with this company was indeed excellent! My AC wasn’t cooling good enough for a while and I regret I did not call them sooner. Not only the technician quickly diagnosed the problem - he went above and beyond to confirm that was a root cause of my issue. He found that the unit was low on Freon and had a faulty capacitor. He added the Freon, replaced the capacitor, and gave us useful tips for long term maintenance. All in one visit. Now my home is perfectly cool again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service — I highly recommend them for any AC repair needs!
Oleg could not fix our old microwave but he did install the new one we had purchased. Very professional, honest and even came early. We highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair.
