Oleg handled a crazy weird problem with a Samsung FlexWash. Ended up being a board and a WiFi module. Took ownership of the problem and settled it. Be ... Show more cause it was hard it took return trips, no additional charges, they stood up to the original estimate on a hard repair, that’s how you know if the place is straight. Based on discussion with Samsung’s service provider this was 50-60% of what they would have charged for a normal repair, god knows how much for returns with parts. This is the flagship model so it’s a beast with two washing machines in one package and it was an early model which caused issues with a dryer repair by others years ago. I do not recommend Samsung FlexWash but I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair.

This is the second time I have used Excellence Appliance Repair. The first time my washing machine was going out. Oleg was honest and told me that he ... Show more could repair it but by the time he changed out the parts and charged me for his labor it would be more expensive than a new washing machine. I appreciated the honesty. I paid him for the diagnostic at that visit. My dryer started making crazy noises. I love Excellence because they let you schedule the day and 2 hour window. They have extended hours too. Oleg took my dryer apart, found what was wrong and showed me what needed fixing. I feel he went above and beyond when he cleaned all the dust and lint out of the dryer making it look brand new; he even cleaned up the floor of my laundry room.
